Cardio
The word “cardio” is short for “cardiovascular,” a term used for the circulatory system consisting of the heart and blood vessels in your body. Cardiovascular diseases are a group of disorders of the heart and blood vessels and include: coronary heart disease, disease of the blood vessels supplying the heart muscle,cerebrovascular disease: disease of the blood vessels supplying the brain. You should do the activity for about 20 minutes to work out your heart. It is important to work out your heart to stay healthy. This is why carido is important!!!
There are many activities you can do to work out your heart. Such as swimming, baseball, tenis, crosscountry, yoga and many more. I can help by eating healthy or maybe start a diet. All these activitys have a role for cardio. Having a healthy life is really important. You can live a healthier life by eating healthy such as fruits and vegatables. Having a daily work out helps as well. Going to the doctor to get a physical test when you need it is very imporant to maintain a healthy life. During vacation im gonna be hitting the gym with my friend to get that daily workout. This is all i have to say about cardio. |
